We used to love Roxy's, the 24 hour diner. My husband found the shower door off the track and had to fix it and it didn't close properly. Carpets were visibly dirty, there were no hand towels, missing floor molding tiles in bathroom, glass shower doors had visible soap scum. * Rooms: Our room in the South Tower was just ok.
Chairs in the atrium area had grime across the upholstered tops. Carpet in the lobby is filthy and needs shampooing, elevators are disgusting with handprints all over, missing molding, encrusted dust on mechanism when door opens. I do have a positive note: I left a Vera Bradley hanging makeup bag behind the bathroom door on my last trip and housekeeping did retrieve it and had it for me at the front desk when we went back yesterday.
To sum up my review, let's just say it has gone down. We have been going to the Paragon since before it was the Paragon, so we have many years of experience.
