Most of our athletes are on a EuroCup team by year 2 or 3, and about 50% of our rookies get this chance too. On average, 65-75% of our rookie players will sign in the top 6 leagues (France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Italy, or Turkey). Our athletes are usually at the elite pro and pipeline national team levels.Ĭareer Vision & Planning… That takes industry knowledge which we have plenty of and it includes quality of exposure, level, income, and coaching… In all scenarios, the player MUST perform well in the teams each season for us both to accomplish our goals together. Meaning we limit the # of represented athletes we sign to our agency in order to provide them with quality representation.
